At Drink Have A Day, we want you to love your refreshments; however, due to the perishable nature of our products, we can only accept returns on damaged or incorrect items within 14 days of delivery.

Provide Documentation
Attach clear photos of the damaged packaging or incorrect items so we can verify the claim for our quality control team.
Receive Authorization
Once reviewed, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label if a physical return is required.
Refund or Replacement
After your claim is processed, we will either ship out a fresh replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
